Twin Cities, Minnesota / Whole-home remodeling

One home.
A complete new perspective.

A whole-home renovation connects the decisions that are easy to treat separately: layout, kitchens, bathrooms, finishes and the way the property works inside and out.

The scope behind the space

Think through the whole.
Then work through the details.

KPS starts with the property's existing condition and the owner's priorities. We help define which spaces need to change, what should remain and how the construction work relates across the home. A coordinated scope can include interior renovation, additions and exterior improvements where the property and plans support them.

Our projects show different versions of that work. In Bloomington, 8132 Lea Road combined a renovation with a garage addition and family-room conversion. In Golden Valley, 1801 Maryland retained original beams and brick within a renewed interior. In Blaine, 2004 Quail Creek brought a kitchen, refreshed rooms and a lower-level wine bar together with exterior repairs.
