The 1949 Fulham project began with an empty site and became a 3,380-square-foot custom home. Vaulted living spaces, generous windows and fireplaces on multiple levels give the completed home its character.
Building through a harsh Minnesota winter required practical site planning. Protected entrances, industrial heaters and daily precautions were part of the work. The project's before and after gallery follows the transformation from construction to finished rooms.
