A dated condominium in a historic Saint Paul building was renovated throughout. A brighter kitchen, renewed living spaces and two fully retiled bathrooms bring contemporary comfort into an established setting.

01 / The challenge

An older building meant exterior issues requiring association involvement, along with dated utility lines serving the condo.

02 / The approach

KPS coordinated window replacement with the interior schedule and worked through the utility requirements for modern fixtures and appliances.

03 / The result

The completed renovation includes new kitchen appliances, hardwood and tile flooring, and two updated bathrooms, with a consistent material palette throughout.
